The jewel includes a digitally-focused training session on blending and an audio-guided tasting area within an eye-catching branded unit. Consumers were educated to blending throughout the experience, and encouraged to share on social media, using the hashtag #BlendWithBallantines for a chance to win a global competition.

The Blending Experience was followed by a tasting ritual – including Ballantine’s Finest and Ballantine’s 12 year old – fully part of the frank success of this pop-up event !

Ballantine’s Blending Experience

Apanache set up an immersive Ballantine’s Blending Experience for Pernod Ricard, at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport. A chance for passengers to discover how Ballantine’s blends are created, and to play the master distillers/blenders !

Through “the jewel”, an innovative and attractive graphics system, consumers could blend theit own whiskies: it updates in real time to represent the blend as per the consumer’s adjustments !
