It was important that retail design should reflect the quality of Chivas’ unique whiskies with their perfectly balanced taste, and also illustrate the brand’s expertise by interplay of aspects and materials.

The aim was to present bottles and liquids to their best advantage by a subtle combination of lighting, playing with reflections.

Following the success of Ballantine’s retail design renovation, Chivas asked Apanache to create their new retail identity in Travel Retail.

Apanache’s offer was designed to be flexible, with potential for expansion. All the glorifiers, shelves and décors used an easy plug system.

More than just a design, this was a real strategy for global development.
